I'm Aaron. I am the Regional Operations Director for Camel Express Car Wash. Daily, I always say what I really do is take care of the people at the company. However, operations, of course, is kind of all-inclusive, so I'm making sure the sites are meeting our expectations as far as quality, satisfaction from our customers, and internally as far as our teams being satisfied with their roles within the company. There's a lot that comes with that, task management and so on, watching reports.

Biggest challenge is always people. Everyone's a little unique, so trying to get everyone to kind of move in the same direction. So getting everyone to understand the same things across multiple locations and just so many personalities is a real challenge.

Transitioning away from paper into more and more jolt is kind of my initial experience with it. The reduction in paper is just always significant, impactful and like visible. It's a very visceral result from switching to Jolt. Beyond that though, labor management as far as scheduling, I haven't found really a comparable system compared to how Jolt sets up their schedule systems.

It's helped us as far as like task development, how we onboard someone is checklist accountable. How we do our training is day by day by day, system by system, we can do all this consistently. And for everybody to receive the same quality and training that is assured by the checklist that doesn't change unless we tell it to is a significant boon to give to my team that everybody gets the same preparedness before joining us.

Very simple, follow what Jolt says. We can include pictures to show examples of what we need if it's very confusing, but we can always put that description at their fingertips and make sure everything's orderly, accountable, and simplistic for everybody on our team. That's really the key there is just the easiest path is the one often taken and Jolt provides it.
