My name is John Paul Thomas. I am the VP of Operations Services for honeygrow. In many ways, I mean from a compliance standpoint, it allows us to make sure that we're staying compliant with local and federal regulations, but mostly it allows us to strengthen our food safety program and ensure that we're fulfilling our promise to our guests of serving safe and delicious food.

One of my favorite takeaways from today was to really celebrate when teams do a great job utilizing these SmartSense tools and are really compliant with our food safety practices. A lot of us focus a lot on the people that aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing, but rather celebrating those who are is definitely something I'm going to go back and bring to the table.

We're growing. We're opening a lot of new restaurants and training and hiring a lot of new team members, so the more we can automate, the more processes we can automate, the more that we can turn digital, the easier that growth will be. Training new team members and new managers and new markets is a lot easier with a tool like SmartSense.
