Return Policy

Digi SmartSense, LLC (“SmartSense”) will accept the return of excess quantities of Equipment purchased in good faith by a Customer and credit the Customer’s account for such Equipment, but only if:

  1. the excess quantity was ordered for a deployment when the exact number required could not reasonably be determined in advance, and
  2. the return is made via RMA issued by SmartSense at Customer request made within 30 days after shipment.

SmartSense will have no obligation to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
