What happened to Jolt?

Jolt is now a SmartSense solution. The platform isn't going anywhere, it's now backed by the greater resources and investment of a larger parent company.

Do I need to do anything right now?

No. Same login, same app. Keep signing in at app.joltup.com and continue your normal workflows. Your data, workflows, and settings stay exactly where they are.

Will my contract change?

No. There are no changes to your current contract. If anything ever does change, we will communicate it directly to you with advance notice.

How do I get support now?

Your existing Jolt channels still work: support@jolt.com and 877-396-4112 ext. 1. The unified SmartSense Help Center at help.smartsense.co is the new home for guides and documentation. If you have a dedicated Customer Success Representative you can continue to contact directly.

Can I still order Jolt supplies?

Yes. You can order labels, hardware, and accessories anytime at the Jolt supplies store.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your data, records, checklists, and configurations are retained and remain yours. You can review the Trust Center at trust.smartsense.co for more on data practices and security.

Do I have to switch to different tools or hardware?

No. You will keep using the Jolt platform, tools, and monitoring hardware you have today.
